The Innside had a great location, very convenient for my work meetings. My room was clean but outdated and noisy. I could hear everything from the corridor and other rooms. The toiletries were limited in quality, which was a bit disappointing for a business trip. The hairdryer was updated, and I appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. The service at the front desk needed improvement. the check-in took far too long, and I felt ignored at times. I had to fill out too many forms, which felt excessive. However, the breakfast spread was tasty and kept me energized for my day.

We spent our days exploring the nearby parks and wrapped it up with a refreshing dip in the 23rd-floor outdoor pool. The breakfast was solid and delicious, giving us a great start each morning. Just be patient with the elevators since there are only two, but everything else was awesome!

During my stay, I really appreciated being just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful Museum of Art of São Paulo, where I enjoyed an afternoon of wandering through exhibits, and the nearby Professor Aristoteles Orsini Planetarium, perfect for a relaxing park view while I took in the stars, making it easy for a weekend traveler like me to enjoy all the highlights of the city with minimal hassle.

We had a nice stay at the pool area, which offered stunning views of the city from the 23rd floor. The kids loved the breakfast options, especially the fresh fruits and tasty Brazilian treats, making mornings enjoyable for the whole family.

In my wife's opinion, the check-in process was frustrating and could be greatly improved by having a dedicated family check-in to expedite the experience.
